A message to our Colour Inspired families and community.
Dear Colour Inspired Families,
After many wonderful years, we have made the difficult decision to close the doors of Colour Inspired Academy.
What to expect this month
We are still open throughout the month of August. All the camps and paid classes will continue until the end of the month.
We are looking forward to finishing the summer together with our amazing students, including our final two weeks of Summer Camp and the remaining four weeks of classes. We are committed to making these last few weeks as creative, fun, and memorable as possible.
What this studio has meant to us
This was not an easy decision. Colour Inspired has been much more than an art studio - it has been a place where children discovered their creativity, built confidence, formed friendships, and created memories that will stay with us forever.
Watching so many young artists grow over the years has truly been one of the greatest privileges of our lives. From tiny first paintings to incredible exhibition pieces, every child who walked through our doors became part of our story.
To every parent who trusted us with your children, encouraged their creativity, attended our exhibitions, volunteered, celebrated milestones, and supported our small business - thank you. Your kindness, loyalty, and encouragement made Colour Inspired what it became.
Our next chapter
While Colour Inspired Academy is coming to an end, our creative journey is not.
Many of you have watched another passion quietly grow behind the scenes over the years. What began as building props and scenery for our own events evolved into designing large-scale installations, immersive environments, and custom-built creations for clients across Ontario.
Today, we’re excited to officially introduce the next chapter: ColourScope.
ColourScope is our creative production studio, specializing in custom fabrication, scenic design, immersive experiences, and one-of-a-kind visual environments for brands, events, festivals, film, theatre, and community spaces.
Although our focus is changing, our passion remains exactly the same - to bring imagination to life through creativity, craftsmanship, and meaningful experiences.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for allowing us to be part of your children’s creative journey. Colour Inspired Academy was built because of this incredible community, and it will always hold a special place in our hearts.
We hope the creativity your children discovered here continues to inspire them for many years to come.
